By accessing or using the Managed IT Work platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Managed IT Work provides cloud-based data management solutions for businesses including but not limited to institutes, hotels, gyms, and libraries. Our services include data storage, management tools, and analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data you upload to our platform.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
  • Disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Service Availability and Maintenance

The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or unscheduled emergency maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance, but some downtime may occur without notice.

While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. Factors beyond our control may affect service availability.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment and Billing

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees specified in your service plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our Payment Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of Managed IT Work. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Managed IT Work, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Managed IT Work is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
