Refund Policy

We offer a transparent refund process for our customers:

  • Manage it work, if your payment fails or any amount is deducted from your account then it will be automatically refunded within 48-72 hours
  • If refund is not given before 72 hours then Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours of request approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount

Important Note

Service usage during the refund evaluation period may affect the refund amount. Partial refunds will be calculated based on actual service usage and duration.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully utilized or accessed beyond trial period
  • Custom development work that has already commenced
  • Any third-party fees or charges associated with the service
  • Services purchased during special promotions or with non-refundable discounts

  • Bank Transfers: 2-7 business days depending on your bank
  • Digital Wallets: Typically within 24 hours
